You speak to a clientele of SME and ETI IT managers on various IT solutions and projects. Your main mission is to create a portfolio of new customers by transforming the leads that reach you or through your prospecting work. You will then support the loyalty and development of your customer portfolio by facilitating the recurrence of purchases and by proposing new solutions from our catalog in connection with their strategy. You manage in pairs with the sales manager and quickly in complete autonomy, the whole sales cycle: 1st contact, appointment, negotiation, closing and reporting on SalesForce.


We are looking for an IT profile with a minimum of 5 years successful experience, either as a pre-sales with a marked commercial temperament (the Uptoo sales test that you will pass will prove it to us) or as a commercial with a strong appetite for the technique ! An experience with an IT publisher / integrator is a prerequisite. The working format is 100% home office and we have all the necessary tools to be in regular contact with each other. The ideal is of course to be close to a big city to facilitate business trips.

Participate in the framing study and the implementation of technical projects ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Provide expertise in auditing, consulting or assistance

Participate in pre-sales by providing the technical response elements of his area of ​​expertise

Design the architecture and implement the solutions IVANTI and / or Microsoft SCCM / MDT responding to the needs of our customers

Design Scenarios and Automate Deployments / Migrations to Windows 10

Train our customers in the solutions implemented

Missions :

Participate upstream of the projects in the drafting of work plan and load estimation (in close collaboration with the sales & pre-sales department)

IT Support Technician

In a team of 3 people, your main missions are articulated around 3 axes :

 Dispatch : You are in charge of correctly qualifying incidents or user requests via the Service Desk tool or by telephone and then assigning them to the right treatment teams. You will try to process tickets that are fast and do not require moving.

 Support : You are in charge of the resolution of the incidents / the processing of the user requests in your perimeter which will be escalated by the dispatch. Failing this, after a thorough qualification, and an attempted treatment; escalate tickets / requests to level 2 support teams (infrastructure, trades, etc.)

 Workstation : You are in charge of the deployment of workstations for newcomers, the relocation of posts following an incident and the renewal of the existing fleet based on.

You have experience in IT support (on-site technician or helpdesk technician) in a company.

Familiarity with scripted Windows 7 and 10 deployment, Symantec SEE / SEP / CMS solutions is a plus.
